The correct Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever for your 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty is part # TH43003XT-785EX if you have the 6-3/4' bed or part # TH43003XT-000EX if you have the 8' bed.
These are custom-fit options so modification won't be necessary. Please note the bed rail to cab height difference on your truck is less than it is with other models so you're going to have 2-1/16" from the bottom of the cantilever extension to the top of your truck cab at the far end of the cantilever. Where the cantilever connects to the TracRac system though is only 1/16" so you're going to be cutting it close depending on where you position that forwardmost crossbar and/or how wide you're able to place the cantilever support arms.
