Hello, I have a slide out that measures 167 and 3/8 inches flange to flange. Would you recommend a 173inch slide topper?

Either will be a good fit, it comes down to personal choice of how much overhang would you like and if there is the room for the wider overhang. Providing there is no obstruction in allowing the wider option to be installed,
The Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 14'7" wide with a 48" projection, # LCV000163303 for white and # LCV000251477 for black, will work for your 167-3/8" flange-to-flange slide-out. This has an actual awning rail width of 175" therefore providing slightly more than 3" overhang. This would be my choice, but if there is not enough overhang, then step down to the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 14'1" wide with a 48" projection, # LCV000163302 for white or # LCV000168112 for black, has an actual awning rail width of 169" for a 1" overhang.
