Does TruXedo TruXport Tonneau Cover For 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 8 ft. Bed Sit on Top of Bed Rails

Question:
I currently have the auto anything version of the truxedo low pro. I have had it over a couple years and can say I’m not happy. I would rather have something that sits on top of the bed rails. Does the truxedo cover sit on top or any other brand that does? My lopro knockoff has been separating from the sides and leaks and doesn’t seem to fit well. Thanks for any suggestions and advice.
