There are many different capacities of Badlands winch so it's not possible to tell you outright if the Bulldog Winch Quick-Connect Set for Powersports w/ Dust Cover - 6 AWG # BDW20047 will work with your Badlands winch.
You can pretty easily tell though, as if your winch uses the same 6 AWG you can absolutely use the Bulldog Winch Quick-Connect Set # BDW20047.
