We do have replacement kitchen faucets, and while there is nothing specifically for a 2008 Lance truck camper, I can let you know how to determine the right one. Essentially, all you need to know is if you need a 1-hole or 3-hole installation. A 3-hole installation will have a wider base and (generally) two handles while a 1-hole will have a smaller base and one handle.
- 3-Hole: Empire Faucets RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Down Spout - Dual Teacup Handle # EM47UR
- 1-Hole: Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet - Single Lever Handle # LC719324
So you'll just drop the faucet into the hole(s) where your existing faucet was. Both of these faucets have 1/2" male pipe thread supply lines, which you'll also want to take note of to ensure your can connect the lines.
As far as replacement knobs, those are specific to the brand and model, and I have added a link below to our entire selection of replacement knobs.
