Question:
I have a 2008 Honda Civic LX. Can I install a hitch for light weight trailer to pull it.

Expert Reply:
We do offer trailer hitch options for a 2008 Honda Civic such as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11391 which is what I recommend using. This trailer hitch can be used for towing but the exact amount if even applicable will be listed in your owner's manual so you will need to look here if you wish to stay within the manufacturer's guidelines. Please note, in order to remain legal while towing you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56011 for sedan models or part # C56051 for coupe models. Finally, you'll need the Curt Drawbar part # C45521, Curt Pin & Clip part # F-4, and Curt Hitch Ball part # C40018.
