Yes, you can install the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 35" Wheelbase - 8K item # MR27ZR by lifting up one side of the trailer at a time. You don't have to have sides of the axle off of the ground at the same time.
Since you're swapping out equalizers you will want to change your shackles too. Depending on what size you need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 3-1/8" Long Shackle Straps item # MR76ZR or the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers w Correct Track - 2-1/4" Shackle Straps item # MR58ZR will work great with the MORryde Equalizer.
