The Kenda Loadstar ST215/65R17 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C item # KE88XR is not directional and it can be rotated and ran both ways on your trailer.
Kenda's warranty states that the 1-year warranty is for the tire only as opposed to the wheel, and the warranty is through Kenda tires. For the first twelve months from the date of sale, Kenda will replace your Kenda/Loadstar tire for any reason as part of our Worry-Free Warranty. Afterwards for a period of 5 years they state that if the tire fails due to "defective materials or workmanship" it will be replaced. So long as the tire was not improperly inflated (this tire should be inflated to 50 psi) or the blowout was caused by something like running into a curb while traveling too fast and the tire has a minimum of 2/32nd inch of tire tread depth remaining. You will have to go to a KENDA/LOADSTAR Tire Distributor or participating dealer to deal with warranty issues.
