We do have replacement plugs and trim rings available for your Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # RP39FR. You need the following:
Rubber Hole Cover for Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # RP30136
Replacement Trim Rings for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Rail Kit - Qty 4 # RP58458
Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails (Qty 2) # 58199
Unfortunately there is not a replacement option for the gooseneck trim ring, only the plug/hole cover. I have attached some review videos for your reference.
