Question:

I have Jeep Wrangler 2018. I’m trying to remove the bars from my roof. However, after I unlock them I’m only able to remove one. The others just keep spinning and won’t come off.

I'm sorry to hear about your locks! Unfortunately, if you tried to unlock the lock cores on your Rapid Gutter Feet # TH65BJ on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler, the only way to remove the knobs is to carefully drill out the cylinders. I recommend reaching out to a local locksmith if aren't comfortable doing this yourself.

Once the locks are removed, you can do two things. The easiest way to proceed is to replace all of the lock cores with # TH450400. This is the easiest route because Thule does not sell replacement lock cylinders in a quantity of 3. This kit comes with a universal change key to fit the cores into the knobs.

I went ahead and attached a video that shows how to install the lock cores into a similar foot system as your # TH65BJ.
