Does the Swagman current bike rack have a threaded anti sway bolt for connecting to the hitch? And does it have a locking end and lock to lock rack to hitch?

Yes! Swagman does make a locking threaded hitch bolt for the Swagman Current - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64678. However, it is important to note that the Swagman Current already comes with this locking threaded hitch pin with the rack as well as a locking bike cable. The bolt provides your rack with the anti-sway you are looking for.

However, if you need a replacement, the part you need is the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 1-1/4" & Combo Shanks # S64031. This is the direct replacement of the one that comes with the rack.
