Hi, I have everything I need for this except for the aero bars former owner cut them too short: Do you sell just the bars? Would I have to buy them long and cut them down? Thanks,

I have another option for you, but no we do not sell just the crossbars of your now discontinued Rhino Rack Roof Rack RR25QR but themselves.
A better solution would be to get new towers and crossbars. The fit kit you have will still work. The reason I recommend this instead is you will void the warranty of your Vortex Aerobars once you cut them to size. You can get a roof rack for your Nisan Leaf with the addition of the following items:
Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 46" Long - Qty 2. part # RRVA118B-2
Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs or Fixed Mounting Points - Qty 4, part # RRRLKVA
If you do want to cut the crossbars down to size, the 46" crossbars will still work. I have included product description links and video review links below.
