I recommend installing the Rhino Rack roof rack on your 2018 Honda Fit Sport with a naked roof. This will consist of the Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA118B-2, Legs # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK438. The aero bars have channels as well so you can use them several different accessories.
To carry your kayaks I recomemnd using the Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Carrier # KU53VR. These racks secure to your roof rack so you do not have to remove them or fear they will be stolen while you are on the water.
