Devices work fine but we have aging eyes. Can we replace the bulbs with either incandescent or LED in warm white color that will give more light for evening reading? Thanks.

If you have a LED light fixture like the Opti-Brite LED RV Dome Light # ILL10CCB, then you cannot replace the LED lights with incandescent lights because the LEDs are integrated with the rest of the housing and cannot be replaced.
However, if your light fixtures use a LED bulb like # DI47ZR, then you could change them out with incandescent bulbs like # DI37VR.
