I reached out to Yakima and found that the opening for the Replacement Mounting Bracket for Yakima SkyRise Rooftop Tent # 8880735 is 4". This allows it to fit their 4" HD crossbars.

In general, the Yakima SkyRise Tent like the # Y07436 will fit most aftermarket round, square, aero, and elliptical crossbars. As long as your cross brace does not exceed the 4" opening and is similar in design to crossbars you should be able to attach the SkyRise Tent to your truck.
