Cant tell from the photos but the mount looks similar to what the Skyrise Tent uses to slide into the mounting brackets. Is it the same by chance?

The Replacement Clamp Assembly part # 8880737 does look like the one you need but it is actually the Replacement Mounting Assembly for SkyRise Rooftop Tents part # 8880735 which also comes with the brace that needs to be replaced along with the clamp as well.

The Replacement Bracket #8880735 measures 18-3/8" long and 2-3/4" wide. It is used on Yakima Skyrise tents such as Yakima SkyRise HD Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars - 2 Person - 400 lbs #Y07436.
