I am using a Thule square bar rack to haul my kayaks on my 2021 Ridgeline. I would like to use the same square bars on my 1999 Tacoma extended cab because it supports the Hulavator and saddles. I just need the feet to fit a bare roof. Are bars for part # sr1005 the same size as Thule square bars to fit in? If not what are my options?

It looks like you have the newer Thule SquareBar system for your 2021 Honda Ridgeline so we need to look for a completely different roof rack system on your 1999 Toyota Tacoma because Thule no longer has a fit for your Tacoma.
What I recommend using is the Inno Square Bar roof rack system because it is essentially the same as the older Thule square bars and I like the quality of Inno over Rhino-Rack. The correct parts you need depend on the size of your cab:
Xtracab (2 door extended)
50" Square Crossbars - # INB127
Feet - # INSUT
Short Roof Adapter - # INJK
Fit Kit - # INK223
Double Cab (4 door)
50" Square Crossbars - # INB127
Feet - # INSUT
Fit Kit - # INK143
