From the looks of your previous searches, I believe you are referring to the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615 and the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Roof Cargo Box - 16 cu ft # Y95AV, I recommend going with the Thule Pulse. This is because even though the dual-sided lid is a great feature is a nice touch with the SkyBox NX 16, it is an additional feature that is not a deal-breaker for you. Also, even though the Thule Pulse is lighter, it is still built to withstand harsh elements and water. The lighter construction is an advantage when mounting and removing the box. Both of these boxes include water-resistant construction with overhang lips on the lids for water to drop off with minimal leakage into the bottom compartment. They also both have lifetime warrantees.
As far as fitment of the Pulse on your 2019 Ford F-150, you need a compatible rooftop or truck bed crossbar system. If you have crossbars already mounted, the Pulse will clamp around the crossbars as long as the bars do not exceed 3-5/16" wide x 1-1/2" tall. I recommend measuring your crossbars to make sure they fall under these maximums.
If you are looking for recommendations for either a roof rack or a ladder rack, feel free to respond to this answer with your cab style/bed length to this answer and I will be happy to make a recommendation for you.
