Question:

Hello! I am trying to find out if a 2016 Mazda 6, manual transmission, front wheel drive car can by flat towed. Seeing lots of different answers, including from Mazda itself. Since you are the experts, I thought I would ask you, and if possible, see what I would need to make that happen. Thank you in advance!

You can tow your 2016 Mazda 6. Unfortunately, it cannot be flat towed. You will have to use a tow dolly. My tow-dolly recommendation is the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes - Foldable - 4,800 lbs, part # DM9713045. It has a surge coupler, so you will not need to buy a separate brake controller. It comes with the safety chains and a 4-way flat connector. You will need a 4-way flat connector on your motorhome. If you do not have one you will need one installed. You can install the 4-way flat connector with the 4-way connector, part # C59496.
