If my cross bars are 96inch high, what will load height be?

Expert Reply:
If you are trying to determine the overall height with a 96-inch high crossbar system, the total load height is 112 inches tall with the Hullavator # TH898 in the "home" position.
If you need a shorter alternative, I recommend the Yakima ShowDown Kayak or SUP Carrier and Lift Assist w/ Tie-Downs # Y04081. With the ShowDown, your setup would only measure 105 inches tall. However, it is important to note that you still need at least 4 inches of crossbar space past the feet for the ShowDown to function (as you do with the Hullavator). I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows this required space needed.
If you need a crossbar system to have the appropriate length that you need, feel free to respond with your year/make/model of vehicle, and I will be happy to get you the setup you need.
