I have a hitch for your 2010 Honda Accord Ex but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13900 is too wide for your frame. I have linked a diagram that shows the dimensions of this hitch so you can compare it to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C11496 that does fit your Accord. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Accord's frame with included hardware.
I took a look at your vehicles manual and found that your cars towing capacity is only 1,000 lbs. You're better off sticking with a hitch that is custom fit for your vehicle than trying to adapt a universal one to your car. Those involve drilling and moving around parts to make them fit. The Curt item # C11496 is designed specifically for your vehicle. I have linked an installation video and linked the instructions. This hitch fits both the sedan and coupe models.
If you need a wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118420.
