Since Thule makes the OEM Mopar roof rack kits the correct replacement lock core for your E024 lock is the Thule part # THLOCKN024. If you're needing to replace the key as well you can pick that up as part # THKEYN024.

Please note that you'll need the Universal Change Key # 853-1251 to remove the current lock core and to correctly install the new lock core. Attached is a video on how to do this.

If you think you may need to replace more than one lock core I recommend going with a whole set instead. For 4 cores you need kit # TH450400 which comes with the 4 cores, 2 keys, and the universal change key. This gives you different lock core and key numbers than what you already have, but they all match in the kit.
