Do you need to have the modular bumper for this blue ox baseplate? On new bronco.

If you are interested in a complete flat towing setup, you'll also need:

-A Tow Bar, like the Blue Ox Ascent # BX4370.

-A Braking System, like the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524.

-A Wiring Kit, like The Roadmaster Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154.

You'll want to measure the needed rise and drop before choosing a high-low adapter. I have included a FAQ that details how you can measure for your rise and drop.
