Looking at the Roof Rack for my 2014 Toyota Venza With Sunroof Why do some of the options say it fits but others don't. Cheers

The fit depends on the location of the feet of the rack. Some fit with the panoramic roofs and some don't. We have confirmed with Thule that the WingBar Edge part # TH66FE and # TH69SC is a confirmed fit for the bar roof of your 2014 Toyota Venza that has a sunroof so it for sure does fit.
