Yes they do; your 1996 Ford F-150 with a B&W gooseneck is indeed compatible with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57298.

The linked instructions of the Air Lift # AL57298 include applications for an in-bed hitch. While the instructions say "5th wheel" they will be exactly the same for a gooseneck.
