The Rhino-Rack Recovery Track Carrier for Pioneer Platform Rack # RR43159-RMTXMPS has hole spacings as listed below.

Inside most holes: 5-1/4" center of hole to center of hole
Oblong holes: 9-1/4" center of hole to center of hole
Outer most holes: 11" center of hole to center of hole
