Question:

So I see the bottom is 7-3/4 in, center to center and then what is the height to the top hole. Also what is the hole-to-hole dim. from bottom, 7-3/4in up to the top center hole?

I have an attached photo which illustrates the dimensions of the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System, part # K71-653-00 you inquired about. As you can see on the photo, the distance from the outer mounting hole on the arm of the equalizer to the top mounting hole in the center is 4-3/4 inches. The dimension between the centerline of the bottom mounting holes and the centerline of the top mounting hole is approximately 2-7/8 inches. And as you are aware, the distance between the two bottom mounting holes is 7-3/4.
