Question:

Max Fan Starts to open but will close green light goes on then it beeps and closes? Help

I spoke with my contact in the engineering department at Airexcel, the manufacturer of your MaxxFan.

The logic board on your fan simply needs to be reset. To do this, remove the fuse or turn off the breaker on the circuit feeding the fan for about 5 minutes, then power it back up. This will reset the fan, and it should operate properly at that point.
