Do All Vehicle Tow/Recovery Straps Stretch

does this strap stretch? I am looking for one that does not stretch.

The Bulldog Recovery Strap part # BDW20014 is made of polyester which is slightly stretchy. Polyester and Nylon like the Erickson Recovery Strap part # EM59600 are the two main materials used for tow strap construction and both are elastic. That said, out of the two, polyester is less stretchy than Nylon.
