The towing capacity of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude is 2,000 lbs. Therefore, so long as the trailer you wish to pull is under this capacity then you can pull it. In order to pull a trailer you'll need a trailer hitch, wiring harness, and ball mount/hitch ball. I have attached a list of these parts below.
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13395
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56406 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
