Question:

Could my inability to inflate one of the tires mean I likely have a valve stem problem or an inner tube problem? It’s a slow loss of air but needs fixing. Had no problem inflating the other tire. I just don’t know who can help me with this

The likelihood that your problem is the valve stem on your Rack and Roll trailer # Y08106 is pretty low but if you have a valve stem tool you could try a different one or see if yours is loose. Most likely it's the inner tube though and the correct replacement is part # Y8880283.

You could spray soapy water on the valve stem to see if it's bubbling to verify if it's leaking.
