I would like to purchase a trailer hitch for my 2017 Subaru Outback to tow a small U-haul trailer and hold a future bike rack. What do you suggest? Thank you.

For your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon I would recommend the mostly hidden Curt # C13410 which has great towing capacities and best ground clearance.
Then for trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # 118467 would be your best option as its the easiest to install and most reliable.
