Question:

I need a fuse and breaker box do think the 45 amp PD4045kA say it a a inverter or do I need to buy an inverter is big enough for my trailer I have a 120 v small refrigerator, 120v microwave, 12 v water pump,12v 3 out side lights 12v2 rope lights a 120v heater and 120 v couple of fans

I attached a help article that covers installing solar panels on an RV but it seems like you are on the wiring of the panels to your RV step so for that you'd need a controller like the # FSCC30PWBBL which can handle three of your panels so you'd need two of them.

What the Progressive Dynamics Converter/Panel part # PD4045KA is designed to do is take AC power from like a power source at an RV park and convert it to DC so that it can charge a battery at 45 amps as well as provide DC circuits and AC circuits. On the AC side it can power up to 7 circuits rated at 30 amps each and on the DC side it can power 2 30-amp circuits and 10 20 amp circuits so based on what you listed having this would easily work for you.
