Question:

I watched the video on the sumosprings and the other brand rubber bump stop spring. Will these get my truck back to a level ride height if it’s already got a slight sag to it? If it will give a little lift, what is the part number that I would order for a 2012 f250 diesel lariat 4x4?

If the stock suspension of your truck is sagging without a load in the bed of the truck that would indicate you have worn out suspension and would need to fix that with replacement components. You can't use suspension enhancement as a bandaid to fix bad suspension.

Now with that said the best suspension enhancement for your 2012 Ford F-250 is the RAS kit part # RAS3611-SLHD which gives adjustable suspension support that is easily adjustable and will get rid of sag from towing/cargo weight. It also improves handling and stability as well.
