Will the 24 inch hand cart nose plate fit under this dolly between the wheels. What is the distance between wheels underneath

I made a diagram of the wheel spacing for the Snap-Loc Moving Dolly with E-Track Anchor Points - 32" Long x 21" Wide - 1,500 lbs - Black item # SL1500DB319-P. The distance between the wheels is 21-1/2" and 13".
