Solution for Yakima OutPost HD Overland Carrying Accessory Rack that Needs Narrower Spread
Published 01/27/2022 >
Question:
Im trying to mount a pull-pal land anchor to my Yakima HD Outpost rack. Id like it to be mounted so its pointing front to back. I have the pull-pal mount, but it is too short to span cross beams. The mount can be bolted to a surface or, if necessary, there is roll-bar mounting hardware available. I made a diagram attached of what I mean. Is there a bar or track or something blue that can attach to the t-slots and span the cross bars of the Yakima rack?

One of the great things about the Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack # Y01152-58 is that you can move the bars in closer to each other since they can install anywhere you need them to be on your bed rails. That would be your best solution since you need a narrower spread for your rack.
