Looking for a back up camera that would plug into my 2021 F250 OEM plug.

For back up cameras that use the factory wiring in your 2021 Ford F-250 we have the Custom Third Brake Light Camera for 8" Factory Monitor # 3460001 if you have the 8" monitor in your F-250 or the Custom Third Brake Light Camera for 4.2" Factory Monitor # 3460002 if you have the 4.2" monitor in your F-250.

These are third brake light mounted back up cameras, designed more so for viewing your truck bed, which comes in handy when trying to hook up a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer. We do not have the more typical tailgate back up cameras that would use the OEM camera connection in/around your tailgate.
