Question:

Good people. As I understand it the current Soul turbo comes with fog lamps as standard. Both the base plates you offer say no fog lights. Therefore it cannot be fitted to a current soul turbo which is the only one with DTC. I need a Soul as it will be modified by Freedom Motors of Michigan to accommodate my wife in her wheelchair. It is the only vehicle light enough to be towed by a Newmar Canyon Star which has a 4,000 lb towing limit. The situation seems to be the same for a .Blue Ox baseplate. I want to avoid a dolly if possible as I have nowhere to store it, and it will ad 500 lbs to the load. I have been towing a Honda Fit since 2014. Thanks very much for your help.

In regards to a base plate kit like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM82VR which is a fit for a 2022 Kia Soul Turbo, the fog light exclusion is for the circular ones mounted in the lower grille on select models, not the rectangular ones mounted below the headlights. The circular ones in the grille are not standard. In order to complete your setup you will need a few other items which I have attached below.
