When folded, the collapsed dimensions are 22 inches wide x 15 inches tall x 8 inches deep for the 6-step TorkLift GlowStep Camper Scissor Steps # TLA7506.
The TorkLift # TLA7506 are for entry heights (the distance from the mounting space to the ground) between 46-1/2" to 54" and to mount the bracket you'll simply need a space of at least 20" wide x 1" tall.
The only other thing you may want to go with the # TLA7506 is a handrail, and there is one designed for them, which is the TorkLift GlowGuide Handrail # TLA7621.
