I already have a 2 inch hitch for towing around my bike rack but now I need to add some wiring to my 2022 Sienna so I can tow a smaller trailer. What do you recommend?

I have the perfect solution for you with the Tekonsha T-One # TK69FR! This connects to the OEM plug on your 2022 Toyota Sienna and gives you the basic trailer lighting functions that you'll need to tow a small trailer.
If you don't already have a ball mount/hitch ball kit then I recommend checking out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989891 which comes with a ball mount and a few hitch ball options to fit your towing needs.
