For parts to flat-tow your your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 HD (4x4 models only can be flat-towed per GMC) on your RV, you need a base plate, a tow bar, a tow braking system, safety cables, and vehicle tow wiring. Here's a setup of the following parts you need:

The great thing about the Roadmaster Direct-Connect base plate kit is that is simply installs into your Sierra's frame. It comes with all required hardware. As far as the Blackhawk 2 tow bar, it allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount.
