To get your 2021 Ram 4500 flatbed set up with a gooseneck hitch, you will need the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1500. This will require custom fabricated brackets to get it installed, but will be the best option we have available. This is American made, rated up to 30,000 pounds towing, and 7,500 pounds of vertical load, so it is very capable.
