Sounds like you're looking for the Replacement Load Bar # 853-0182-35.
If you need the mounting hardware as well then you'll need 2 of each of the following parts to fit a load bar to your Thule M.O.A.B. roof basket:
Mounting Bracket - 853-5819 (discontinued)
Tamperproof Bolt - # 853-5269-05
Washer - # 951-0614-20
Square Nut - # 853-5163
