Parts Needed to Use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch in a 2021 Ford F-150 w/ Short Bed
Question:
I have a 2021 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2' bed. I really like the auto slide feature in the Demco, can you provide me with the parts that I will need for my truck to use the auto slide hitch? Thanks

That is a great option and I would be happy to help ensure you have the parts you need to use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035 in your 2021 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2' bed. In addition to the # DM8550035 you will also need a set of rails, for that you can use the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit # DM8552028-71. This rail kit is custom fit for your F-150 and will provide the rails that you need to use the Demco Hijacker 5th wheel hitch. This is all that you will have to have to use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th wheel hitch.
I do recommend one additional part, that is the Pollak 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # PK11893-11932-010. This will allow you to move a 7-way connector into the bed of your truck to make hooking up your 5th wheel wiring easier, all while retaining the use of your factory 7-way at the rear of your vehicle.
