There are things to consider to find the B&W gooseneck hitch that will fit your vehicle. If your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 does not have the factory/OEM pucks, you will need the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs, part # BWGNRK1020.
If your GMC Sierra 2500 has the factory/OEM pucks, you will need the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ford, GM, and Nissan Titan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # BWGNXA2061.
