Question:
I just purchased The Firestone Air Helper Springs #F2445 for my 2011 Toyota Tundra. I started the install and found that the hole the helper spring would use on the frame is being used for the gooseneck hitch thats installed. Is there another Helper Spring I can use with the gooseneck hitch? Or is there another mounting application that can be used?

Expert Reply:
Typically, suspension enhancement that installs on the bottoms of the frame rails like # F2445 will not interfere with gooseneck or 5th wheel hitches. But in this case it does. What I recommend is the SuperSprings # SSA4. These helper springs will fit over the existing leaf spring stack and will not interfere with the gooseneck hitch. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
