Can I put that panel back on my bumper to hide the hitch when I'm not using it? I plan on using the Curt hitch for a bike rack on my 2021 XT4 but I also like the factory look for everyday driving.

Yes, you will be able to reinstall the bumper cover for an OEM look on your 2021 Cadillac XT4 after installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C39FR. I have attached an installation video for you to see the finished product.
