Will this Hi-Lift Jack Mount fit into the slot on the Yakima Overhaul HD crossbars?

You actually linked a Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y05044-39, and that is compatible with the Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01156.
However, the BOLT Hi-Lift Jack Mount # BL7028649 will not fit onto the Yakima Overhaul HD Crossbars. These are designed to be mounted to the passenger side # BL7028649 or driver's side # BL7028648 of your vehicle.
If you have the LockNLoad system, we do have the Hi-Jack Carrier # Y05033 that will allow you to carry a Hi-Lift Jack with a 50mm standard bar.
