According to the owner's manual, the 2021 Ford Ranger can tow a braked trailer weighing up to 7500 lbs with up to a 750 lb tongue weight.
The Curt # C13417 and etrailer hitches # e63ZR have 6000 lb towing/900 lb tongue weight. Additionally, the towing capacites of the Curt and etrailer hitches increase to 8000 lb towing/900 lb tongue weight if you have a weight distribution system. I attached a video of these hitches for you to check out.
Although you'll be limited to the 750 lb tongue weight capacity of the vehicle, in order to use the full 7500 lb towing capacity of the vehicle you'll want to use a weight distribution system.
To complete your towing setup, you'll also need a ball mount like # C45310, a # PC3 hitch pin and # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch ball.
If you don't have the tow package, you can install a 7-way trailer connector using part # C56431.
I've linked to install videos for the recommended wiring harness.
