looking for some options for a winch plate that will be compatible with a 2022 JTRD OEM steel front bumper and a Badlands 12k winch suggestions ?

For your 2022 Jeep Gladiator, and your Badlands 12K winch, we have the Bulldog Winch Universal Winch Mounting Plate for Truck # BDW20008. This winch tray will support winches that are rated for 8-12.5K and utilize the standard 10 x 4.5" bolt pattern.
To attach this to your bumper you can either weld it on or, drill and bolt it on a sturdy location.
